Company is seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel to provide legal advice to senior management and operational teams on a broad range of commercial transactions. The ideal candidate is an experienced generalist, with superior contract drafting skills and an ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, manage and prioritize multiple projects and make sound business and legal decisions under tight deadlines. This newly-created position will be based in our Brooklyn office and report directly to the General Counsel. You will be the third member of a tight-knit and collaborative legal team and have an opportunity to play a key role in the evolution and growth of the company.
