To provide strategic counsel to Company’s Property & Casualty insurance business and provide legal advice with respect to every aspect of its business operations. The candidate must provide excellent legal advice and representation and have the intellectual curiosity to keep abreast of the changing legal climate on issues relevant to a global provider of income and protection products and services. Advising business partners with respect to claims, product management, underwriting, marketing, distribution, mass marketing, servicing, and administration. Monitoring legal and regulatory trends and proactively advising business partners on compliance and preventative law measures.
