The position is responsible for leading the Legal Operations department which provides support globally for 1100 associates in Legal Affairs. The incumbent ensures operational efficiencies that result in a high level of service and support for Legal Affairs attorneys, managers and associates. The position is a member of the VP & Chief of Staff’s senior leadership team and a key strategic advisor for the design and execution of strategy as it relates to Legal Operations. Key responsibilities include: (1) financial management, (2) vendor management, (3) talent management, (4) oversight of Legal Affairs business operations, (5) IT Portfolio Management, (6) Information Management, (7) Communications, and (8) project management.
