Provides legal support for all aspects of general corporate legal matters, with a significant emphasis on support to the bank’s Digital Business Solutions division, including legal advice relating to cash management, online banking and mobile banking services. Provides legal advice to the General Counsel, other OGC counsel and bank management on an ongoing basis on a variety of legal issues, including customer and vendor contracts, litigation, UCC and fraud matters, employment law matters, regulatory matters and other issues.
