We are currently searching for a Senior Counsel, Employment to be based in San Francisco, California with expertise in employment law as we continue to expand company and launch new products across the United States. This counsel will support human resource professionals and advise business partners throughout the united states, as well as manage independent contractor issues, including audits, claims, arbitrations, individual lawsuits, and class actions. Serve as a subject matter expert in all areas of employment law with particular emphasis on Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA and FLSA.
