Corporate Legal Counsel work closely with executives to draft and negotiate agreements with government customers and often coordinate the efforts of various internal organizations in order to ensure that company contracts comply with company policies and applicable law. In addition, Corporate Legal Counsel take a leadership role in defining policies, practices, and procedures within the Legal Department and company’s business practices organizations; handling complex negotiations; dealing with regulatory issues; and advising management on a broad range of issues.
