Represent the University in a broad range of legal matters and counsel University management on employment matters, litigation, contracts, mitigating legal risks, business operations and regulations. This position guides University constituents by offering proactive, creative strategies aligned with the University mission and reports to the General Counsel/University Secretary. Advise administrators, faculty, staff and management on employment matters, including advice on federal and state laws and regulations, University policies and procedures.
