This position will serve as the Lead Litigation Attorney for company, providing leadership and counsel in all areas of litigation, reporting to the General Counsel and working closely with business leaders and all functional groups across the global organization. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: Create and implement processes and systems to manage all aspects of global litigation docket, from intake through resolution, and train personnel regarding same and drive culture of compliance and collaboration. Establish strategy and process for selection and management of outside counsel and budgeting of outside counsel fees.
