As a member of the legal team, this position will provide general legal services to the company, with an emphasis on advising on regulatory and compliance strategy and matters and providing day-to-day legal advice across a broad variety of business and legal issues. Responsibilities will also include supporting senior lawyers in additional legal areas such as corporate governance, securities, intellectual property, litigation, employment, FDA regulatory, and healthcare compliance. The position will be based in Berkeley, California at corporate headquarters, but also will support the company’s operations in Dusseldorf, Germany.
