As part of the Legal Department, the Associate General Counsel provides effective advice on a broad range of legal and strategic issues critical to the organization’s goals. This position also assures compliance by Association and its subsidiaries with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational bylaws; protects the organizations' intellectual property; reviews and negotiates contracts to ensure appropriate rights and protections for the company and its subsidiaries; and serves on the Senior Management Team to identify legal issues that may arise and provide counsel on the same. This role supports the General Counsel, the Executive Office, and the organization in general in achieving their strategic objectives.
