The Corporate Counsel will be a member of the legal team, with principal duties as a litigation attorney. The Corporate Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice on a variety of areas of law and represent and manage company in litigation matters throughout the US and Canada. As Corporate Counsel, you will be assisting with identification and management of outside counsel, and advising a wide group of staff on legal issues to include providing solutions which are in line with company’s mission and strategic plan. The candidate should be able to work independently in a collaborative setting.
