Seeking an Attorney to help manage intellectual property, contractual, employment issues, litigation, compliance, and other general legal and compliance needs of corporation. Position requires drafting experience and ability to negotiate and review various types of contracts, including license agreements, service, distribution, confidentiality, lease and strategic business agreements. Work will include supporting the corporate secretary function and coordination on legal issues with other business units and affiliated entities while performing additional duties as requested by management.
