Support senior counsel team by (1) assisting in the management of SEC filings and other public company governance and compliance matters and (2) drafting, negotiating and managing a broad range of corporate contracts. Position will also assist in various other transactional matters and projects within the Legal Department. Assist and support General Counsel with SEC filings (8-K, 10-K, 10-Q and Proxy) and other public company governance and compliance matters (earnings release process, shareholder meetings, board matters, corporate policies etc.).
