The Counsel -- Commercial Affairs position is primarily responsible for providing strategic legal support to a variety of internal customers and negotiating complex agreements which support our business needs. This person must thrive in a fast- paced environment, deliver as a way of life and be inspired to make a positive impact. Company offers a team-oriented environment where lawyers have the chance to grow and develop their legal skills. This position is expected to establish effective working relationships, founded on trust and transparency, with our internal and external partners.
