This position provides primary transactional support to the Company’s eCommerce team, and supports Procurement in the negotiation of commercial and technology contracts. The successful candidate must have the ability to identify and analyze complex legal issues, draft and negotiate a variety of agreements (including SaaS, cloud platform, hosting, digital marketing, software licensing and outsourcing), and present appropriate recommendations to minimize the legal exposure of the Company in vendor contracts.
