The Senior VP of Business Affairs will handle all business matters pertaining to the development and production of original programming for the network including the structuring, negotiation and documentation of all deals and providing advice, and counsel to senior management on business matters. The supervision of all business matters pertaining to the development and production of original programming for the network, both scripted and unscripted, including the structuring and negotiation of all deals, e.g. license fee deals, acquisition of underlying rights, agreements with producers, directors, writers, actors and other individuals and entities associated with the development and production of original programming, financing and distribution arrangements. Programming may be wholly owned by network or licensed from studio or other partners.
