This position is responsible for managing complex employee relations matters and employment-related litigation, charges, and claims. Advises and assists HR and business leaders and manages outside counsel relationships accordingly. Serves as legal professional supporting HR compliance efforts, including monitoring regulatory developments, policy updates, audits, and training. This position reports to the Assistant General Counsel, Employment.
