This position will report either to the General Counsel or the Director of Litigation within the Law Department. Provide timely, quality legal advice and guidance to the Human Resources (HR) organization and company management on a full range of matters related to labor and employment law, including risk management of day to day employment decisions, compliance with all statutory and common law requirements, policy issues, investigation supervision and assistance, and legal training. Attend regular leadership pass-down meeting with the executive HR staff.
