The Vice President and Deputy General Counsel reports to the Chief Legal Officer and is responsible for both complex and general legal matters within areas of expertise or as assigned. The position supports the Chief Legal Officer in providing company with legal counsel and services on a broad variety of issues in the best interests of company. The Deputy General Counsel also assesses and ensures that the legal rights of the organization are managed in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
