Company is looking for an experienced (4-7 years) corporate attorney with a strong background in reviewing and negotiating corporate and general transactional agreements to serve as in-house counsel and handle business transactions and projects. You will ensure the legality of commercial transactions and advise company on legal rights and duties. Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. agreements, transactions); draft and administer all contracts and negotiate transactions, particularly leases and master license agreements.
