University is seeking an accomplished and experienced individual to serve in the position as Vice President for External Affairs and General Counsel. This senior position serves as a member of the President's Cabinet and reports directly to the President of the University. The Vice President for External Affairs and General Counsel develops and leads an expanded range of governmental relations and quotidian legal functions for the University, including referral to external specialized law firms, as needed.
