The General Counsel is accountable for professional and administrative work of the Legal Department. Provides comprehensive legal advice and assistance to management. Draft, review, negotiate and provide counsel on a myriad of agreements to support the college and corporation. Assists in advising Leadership concerning legal matters such as policies and procedures, employee relations, contracts, pending litigation and other college matters.
