Responsible for overall management of the Company’s litigation and disputes, including general commercial matters, intellectual property matters, and employment and other HR matters. Responsibilities will include managing outside counsel, staff attorneys and other individuals in the department to advise the Company on all aspects of a variety of litigation, human resource, insurance, general commercial and compliance matters. The position requires the ability to spot and analyze legal issues, present positive, creative solutions, and advise management of risks, as well as the ability to motivate and supervise other members of the Legal Department team assigned to this area.
