Corporate Counsel I, two or more years of relevant experience in a law firm environment or relevant in-house financial services corporate legal practice will be considered to be eligible experience to include experience and knowledge of state and federal consumer finance regulations including TILA/Reg Z, Reg B, Reg E, FCRA, RESPA, SCRA, HMDA privacy and usury laws in the areas of credit cards, debit cards, consumer secured and unsecured loans, home equity loans, and/or small business loans. For Corporate Counsel II, four or more years of experience and knowledge in the afore-mentioned areas. For Senior Corporate Counsel, six or more years is required. Must be a licensed U.S. attorney in good standing with applicable state bar association.
