Company seeks an in-house corporate intellectual property counsel. Job duties include prior art searching, analyzing third party patents, developing and managing company intellectual property and monetization strategies, drafting and negotiating patent and general licensing agreements, IP litigation support and IP due diligence. Must have strong communication and negotiation skills and work well with clients and colleagues. At least 8 years of Intellectual Property law experience in a law firm or corporation is required.
