As a member of the legal team, this position will provide general legal services to the company, with an emphasis on negotiating and drafting complex agreements and providing day-to-day legal advice across a broad variety of business and legal issues. Responsibilities will also include supporting senior lawyers in additional legal areas such as corporate governance, securities, intellectual property, litigation, employment, FDA regulatory, and healthcare compliance. Provide day-to-day legal services to the company on a broad variety of issues.
