Reporting to the General Counsel, the Associate General Counsel will provide leadership, direction, and development of contracts by drafting, developing, implementing and maintaining contracts and subcontracts consistent with FAR and DFARS requirements and industry best practices, including systems, policies, processes and procedures to develop all contract and subcontract related activities. You will build and manage a team of government contracting and subcontracting experts. Duties encompass the development and implementation of processes associated with proposal engagement, contract administration and close out of commercial and government contracts and subcontracts.
