Under general direction, the mid-level Attorney with strong business acumen and change management skills will provide legal representation and support for a wide variety of legal and banking related topics. The position will largely support Vendor Management and the Financial Institutions departments of the Bank and is expected to be a strategic business partner in determining a proactive response to the business units. As part of a smaller Legal department in a rapidly growing bank, the attorney will be expected to provide quick, concise and focused legal advice in a number of areas, and should demonstrate a willingness to face new legal issues outside of his or her core competence.
