Company is looking for a Contract Specialist with at least 6 years of relevant experience to join its Global Legal department providing support for its location services business from our office in the Netherlands (Veldhoven). The position primarily involves in-licensing of IP and other sourcing contracts. Independent negotiation and review of sourcing and other in-licensing contracts; independent review of website terms, advising on negotiation strategy, training on legal processes and maintaining legal databases.
