Company is looking for a Contract Specialist with at least 6 years of relevant experience to join its global legal department providing support for its location services business from our Chicago office. The position will focus primarily on in-licensing IP and other sourcing contracts. Independent negotiation and review of sourcing and other in-licensing contracts; independent review of website terms, advising on negotiation strategy, training on legal processes and maintaining legal databases. Most contracting involves copyright licenses so IP training is preferred.
