The attorney will join the Documentation Team responsible for preparing and negotiating Investor Services agreements and performing various other legal projects for the division, as needed. The position entails extensive, independent contact with Investor Services’ clients, external counsel and internal business people. Examples of service agreements negotiated include confidentiality agreements, custody agreements, account control agreements, and fund administration agreements.
