Group seeks an investment lawyer with 6 to 10 years of relevant work experience in equity and debt acquisitions in timber, agriculture and renewable energy, private equity fund investments and transaction and fund formations. In this position, the successful candidate will also provide legal counsel on investment management initiatives and corporate governance.
