This is an exciting opportunity to work with business and technology to identify, protect and promote innovation globally. Working with the business and technology teams, counsel is responsible for providing patent protection for innovations, including preparing and prosecuting patent applications, brainstorming ideas with inventors, and educating technologists on patent protections. Position to be located in Austin, TX. Conduct innovation capture sessions and invention disclosure with inventors. Draft new patent applications. Stay current with patent law changes and develop / implement best practices in response.
