The VP and Associate General Counsel is responsible for management and oversight of the Corporate Practice Group within the Legal Department. This group provides legal support in a variety of specialties including M&A, securities, corporate governance, capital markets, investor relations, equity compensation, tax, real estate, and commercial and vendor contracting. The VP will serve as primary in-house counsel for M&A and other strategic transactions and will be an active participant in the company’s strategic decision-making processes.
