Main areas of responsibility are the drafting and negotiation of channel distribution agreements, advertising sales agreements and channel marketing. The role is also responsible as the first point of contact for all legal queries for the business unit and working with the relevant Turner lawyer or outside counsel. Qualified as a lawyer in France or other EU jurisdiction with minimum 6 years legal experience in house or in private practice specialising in the French pay TV market and channel distribution agreements. If not a French qualified lawyer to be confident to draft and negotiate agreements subject to French law.
