Join our senior executive leadership team as General Counsel. This is a key leadership position at the Agency and is responsible for serving as Chief Legal Officer and managing the legal services department. This position is responsible for all legal matters relating to the administration and operation of the Agency and its programs, including issues relating to debt financing and housing tax credit programs. Monitor compliance with all laws affecting planning, financing and development of the Agency programs.
