The ideal candidate will be a corporate generalist who has occupied a senior legal advisor role in a corporation with a global footprint, preferably in the technology sector. The successful candidate must have an exemplary reputation for ethics and integrity, solid judgment and business acumen, and the ability to play an executive role in the business, including superior leadership skills and managerial courage.
