Directs outside legal counsel during all phases of claims and litigation in product liability, product performance and fire claims to protect business interests; develops and guides strategy in conjunction with client business needs. Manages and counsels non-legal personnel on e-discovery and document retention policies and practices. Advises, counsels, and/or assists internal Purchasing clients in drafting and reviewing supply agreements for direct and indirect purchasing; promptly answers their legal questions, provides feedback and advice, and negotiates agreements as requested.
