Legal support for commercial activities including supply agreements, purchase agreements, routine contract matters, and leases and other real estate matters. Assist with the development of standard forms and processes. Assist with corporate matters, including the drafting/review of bylaws, shareholder agreements, minutes of board of directors meetings, filing of corporate records, and advising on sale and purchase of shares. Identification and supervision of outside counsel (where direct support is not possible).
