This position will provide legal counsel and advice to all divisions on areas of labor, employment and benefits law while coordinating with our North American subsidiaries to standardize practices across the region. Review, draft, negotiate and follow up on employment-related agreements (including executive agreements) and documents, as well as provide input regarding employment-related sections of contracts, agreements or letters. Work with North American subsidiaries to standardize legal practices and drive efficiencies in employment practices within the region.
