Company is seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join its HR Legal Compliance Group team. The role reports to the HR Legal Compliance Group Manager. The position is primarily responsible for providing strategic employment law advice in support of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures (with chief focus on post-close integration matters). The role will also provide legal advice and counsel to HR professionals and management with respect to a broad spectrum of employment laws.
