The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be responsible for providing counseling and legal support on refining environmental matters including compliance assistance, regulatory advocacy, interpretative guidance, and managing enforcement cases. Areas of practice will primarily include Clean Air Act (CAA) permitting and compliance counseling for our Texas and Louisiana refineries.
