This position will assist the General Counsel as required, working as part of a three-person legal department, consisting of the General Counsel, the (non-lawyer) Corporate Legal Administrator and the successful candidate. The duties may evolve over time, however initially will include: administration of a compliance reporting system, corporate governance functions, and provision of legal advice and services to various companies within the corporate group, with an initial focus on the development of two Canadian projects.
