This position will be responsible for supporting all commercial transactions and initial disputes in the Services Strategic Business Unit and ongoing operations in the Facilities. The Senior Counsel will work closely with the General Counsel to develop and install procedures and training programs to mitigate risk to the Company. Reports to the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Advise and assist Director of Contract Management to ensure Best Practices for Contract Processes.
