Perform business affairs functions involving the development, production, licensing and/or acquisition of scripted and digital content. Negotiate and draft proposals and agreements for a broad spectrum of projects in production and development which include talent agreements (e.g., producer, director, writer, artist and voice talent), production services agreements, rights agreements, license arrangements and distribution agreements.
