Negotiate and draft brand and content licensing agreements across company's lottery, interactive (social and wagering) and land-based slot machine channels of distribution and have significant involvement in the clearance and prosecution of trademarks domestically and internationally as well as in the clearance and approval of games and marketing materials for license compliance, intellectual property clearance and content tracking.
