The Contract Management Specialist is responsible for the administration, review and analysis of contracts by assessing contract requirements, special provisions, and terms & conditions to ensure compliance with negotiated business terms, regulations, policies, and procedures. This position provides expertise in the management of contract change control, and develops negotiation strategies on contractual issues. This person will communicate across functions to resolve contract issues and disputes, and will assist in identification, development, and implementation of new contract policies and processes.
