The primary objective of this position is to support the Company’s Real Estate Department in all of its leasing, fleet optimization initiatives, store design and construction matters and ancillary facilities’ projects (occasional office leasing, land acquisition, and sale activities). The associate in this position will negotiate and draft required documentation, and oversee and coordinate the drafting of such documentation by internal staff and/or external resources. Negotiate, draft, and oversee and coordinate internal and/or external drafting of, the following: a. retail store leases and ancillary documents, such as letters of intent, amendments, SNDAs, and estoppels, as well as lease documentation for corporate facilities.
