Provides legal counsel and advice with respect to assigned area(s) of the Bank and related to specific functional areas of expertise. Substantial expertise in assigned area of focus is essential as is the ability to work effectively with management at multiple levels to help analyze and address legal risks, transaction support, and to resolve issues and provide advice in connection with implementation of overall business strategy. Additionally provides counsel and advice with respect to general banking matters of a significant nature and performs required administrative/operational responsibilities.
