Review, draft and negotiate agreements for all aspects of a consumer products company, including services agreements, supply agreements with vendors and customers, manufacturing agreements, warehouse and other supply-chain agreements, engineering agreements, equipment leases, terms and conditions of sale, development agreements, license agreements, nondisclosure agreements and other commercial agreements.
